My wife and I blindsided David after having a poor experience with two other Ford Dealers in the area. We were frustrated, and unfortunately took out our frustration on him. David responded very professionally and was able temper that bad taste we had in our mouths. David did not deserve our semi-hostile attitude for it was not of his making however he did make the overall purchasing experience a low hassle event, which is wha we were looking for not to mention this dealiership had the particular stock item we were wanting. In the end we both apologized for our bad behavior, and he most graciously accepted. I look forward to working with David again in the future despite his dealership being just a bit out of our way. I first went in myself to look at several cars and test drive a few of them. Joe was extremely helpful and talked with me about both the vehicles i drove that day (a Explorer and a Fusion). My wife and i were very satified with the vehicle and the way Joe helped us with all our questions during the test drive as well as during the purchase process.
