very disappointing Went for an oil change and got my car back with a scratch on the front bumper. Marcus was very, very kind and helpful, however the person who was taking my car to the shop decided to take it for a fun ride not knowing that through the syncupdrive I am getting reports about the driving - RPMs, rapid accelerations, ect., then he decided to unplug the device and continued the fun ride. When I called expressing my concern, Marcus was very respectful and understanding and called the shop immediately to plug the syncupdrive back in. Then my car went back to 5Star Ford and it was repaired there the same day, however the paint job was below mediocre with multiple dust particles an primer left on the other panels of the bumper. Ric was very helpful cleaning it up but the overall experience was very disappointing. More

Joshua Fichter GM Five Star Ford is redeeming the Ford brand by being accountable and accommodating with some of the issues they have with the focus. Joshua Fichter GM personally spent 30 min helping me get through a difficult situation, I can tell that he is a customer first kind of manager, and he doesnt try to sugar coat any issues. His candor and willingness to serve me is why Im still considering the Ford brand again on my next purchase. Thanks again Joshua and the Five Star NRH service team! More
Bad customer service When i bought the car, they sold me a random insurance company without me asking, claiming it would cover anything that would happen to the tires and When i bought the car, they sold me a random insurance company without me asking, claiming it would cover anything that would happen to the tires and now that i had an incident with the car i took the car to the dealership and they said they didn’t cover what happened to the tires. I also called the insurance company and they told me it was covered and then after an hour and a half of waiting a man named Cameron Worthy came and told me in a bad manner that he wasn’t going to cover anything because the insurance cover what happened to the tire and because the tire was in such bad shape. He even ask what had happened to the tire and made up a story of what happened to the tire. He said the insurance company only covered glass and nails on the road which is a completely different story of which was told to me when they sold me the insurance. People like these should not respond to the client in this manner when working in customer service. More
Disrespectful and Insulting This employee called me a liar twice, wore his hat and addressed me by "Miss" and/or my first name, which he spoke incorrectly. The only reason I went to Five Star Ford was for an airbag recall, and I included simple oil change with tire rotation, which led to a disappointing and embarrassing experience for me. This employee further insulted me by calling me a liar on two occasions, telling me "You are confused", wearing his hat, addressing me by my first name (which he had incorrect) and calling me "Miss". He needs to be moved to a position where he does not have to interact with the public, specifically senior customers. The service department failed to advise me the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, there was some type of "ignition problem", failed to rotate my tires, and stated: "Your battery has failed. You may not get home. We can replace it for $152.00"; however, when AAA arrived, they tested the battery and clearly stated their was nothing wrong with the battery, but there was battery acid leaking from the battery. It was obvious to me battery acid was leaking when AAA raised the hood on my car. I was grossly disappointed that the service department identified my battery problem incorrectly and it was obvious they made no attempt to even clean the battery, nor the cables. If you experience any problem with the service department, please do not subject yourself to being insulted and embarrassed by Johnny Tisdale. More

Great Service to the Max! I went into Five Star Ford (North Richland Hills) yesterday morning with tire problems for my Ford Edge. From the time that I arrived until the servic I went into Five Star Ford (North Richland Hills) yesterday morning with tire problems for my Ford Edge. From the time that I arrived until the service was completed, Nick Hernandez was INCREDIBLE. From helping to find the right tire at the right price and also keeping me informed about the process of ordering the tire and updates until the tire was installed later in the day ... it was a wonderful experience. I'd give Nick alone a 5 star rating. But, that's what I've come to find about the entire Five Star team. More
John Little is an Outstanding employee. Four years ago I bought a 2011 fusion from him. The car was wrecked and so they total it. John was very helpful and fi is an Outstanding employee. My lease was expiring this month so John was very helpful in helping me fill out the paperwork needed to terminate my lease. I needed to get an estimate on the damage done to my car. John help me find a collision specialist shop, he drove me there, And helped me complete the paperwork needed to terminate my lease. A friend was supposed to come and take me home but he called and canceled John offered to drive me home after he got off work. This is going above and beyond the regular call duty . In the past I've always put car dealerships in the same boat with xxxxxxx lawyers. Eddie Laguana and Bubba Smith were both helpful, courteous and professional. If all the Five Stars sales force reflects their example then Five Star is the premier dealership in Texas. Being 78 yrs old I don't know if I will be buying any more cars but if I do Five Star, Eddie and Bubba will be my first choice !!! More
