It is always a pleasant experience at Five Star Subaru. Since they first opened the doors I have been a service customer for our 2016 Outback. Finance was also very pleasant, the officer had only one up-sell, which was for an actually reasonably priced extended warranty. Usually dealerships have multiple up-sells, so one was not bad and the officer politely took no for an answer. The parts and accessories department was great too, with a great display and low prices compared to other Subaru dealerships. The ONLY reason I rated this dealership 4 and not 5 is because Austin Subaru has a staffed coffee/espresso bar, which is world class. More
