Understand that it is hard to get good employees, but you need more employees/service techs/service writers. I should never be on hold for 20 minutes and then asked to leave my name and number for a call bac need more employees/service techs/service writers. I had a flat and after having star link change the tire needed to know if they could get me in that Saturday. I ended coming in Monday to get the tire replaced and that experience was outstanding. The Dealership is beautiful, clean, easy to navigate and the staff were all courteous. My wife called in and spoke to Shannon Reust, she was polite, informative and not pushy like the other dealers we had the staff were all courteous. My wife called in and spoke to Shannon Reust, she was polite, informative and not pushy like the other dealers we had called. So we immediately drove to the dealership to meet with Shannon and after the first test drive we were both wowed. Simply an amazing human, so kind, so welcoming, she listened and meet both of our needs. She went above and beyond for us by staying late when we purchased the vehicle and again when I brought the car back (dropped it off after hours) to buff out a shipping mark in the paint. Oh, while the car was with service department a staff member touched up my hood where a 4” rock had bounced along the highway and struck my new car. Just amazing folks….I recommend Five Star Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! More
