First Class Client and Car Care I have been in for service way more than once. From little things like an oil change and a plastic plate I broke off to a full engine replacement proj I have been in for service way more than once. From little things like an oil change and a plastic plate I broke off to a full engine replacement project, Dana has always been extremely professional. She keeps me in the loop the whole time. She explains whats going on, when its going to happen by, and so much more. If you have trouble understanding something, she will take the time to listen to your question and answer until you know all you need to. She has always been more than accommodating. I honestly wish where I get my other brand vehicles serviced had more service representatives like her. Flemington BMW has an awesome asset in their service department that will keep me coming back. A++ experience!! I contacted Flemington BMW by a couple of emails before stepping in. My wife and I determined to buy a car from Flemington BMW 5 minuets after we met I contacted Flemington BMW by a couple of emails before stepping in. My wife and I determined to buy a car from Flemington BMW 5 minuets after we met Jason Tornberg in person. Before this, we have visited 2 other BMW dealers. It was not only the price that made us walking away, but also was the attitude and impression of the services. We did not feel they really want to know our request and expectation. Jayson however is professional yet straightforward providing us honest information we need to make a decision right away. For the price, he knows when to insist and when to compromise. We ended up with a number that both parties are happy. We scheduled an appointment and Dan met us at the dealership. Car was ready for the ride. Dan explained me all details about the car, how to better drive to feel the difference. Then we proceed to my car appraisal. Everything was quick and fair. Suggested price for my car was true to market also the price for BMW car was also very good and fair. We came next day to complete the deal and while waiting for the documents decided to try X3. My wife loved it :) and we traded our second car and change it to X3. Dan moved all the staff from our old cars to the new ones. Rebeccca prepared all document in advance for the second car and all process took 30 minutes. Amazing dealership. They were OK with my 5-year old daughter sat in all cars including i8. Would come to this dealership for all services and for the next BMWs for sure. More

I am on my 5th BMW from Flemington and have recommended many people because of my excellent experience. Each person had the same experience. I recently went in and purchased a car for my daughter. Byron worked out a deal I couldn't turn down. Greg was extremely helpful in the process of trying to pick out the best car. I'm very grateful to them for what they did. Would definitely purchase another car from them in the future. The Finance paperwork was smooth and simple. Quick in and out. They were very detailed and went over everything so I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of. With regards to my current BMW, the Service dept is spectacular. Best in the area. Always there when needed. They have many times come to my office and picked up my car while delivering a basically brand new loaner car. Turnaround time is very quick and painless. More

REPEAT CUSTOMER My wife and I just leased our 10th BMW (our 9th consecutive new car from Flemington BMW, and our 8th consecutive new BMW with help and advice from Tom My wife and I just leased our 10th BMW (our 9th consecutive new car from Flemington BMW, and our 8th consecutive new BMW with help and advice from Tom Terrill). I generally don't take the time to write reviews, and I rarely use superlatives. However, Flemington BMW and its great staff, in particular Tom Terrill (Client Advisor) and Ed Kiley (New Car Manager), are the best and deserve the highest grades in every category. They are very nice and consistently have treated us fairly. We have never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and Tom Terrill has always been willing to give us whatever time and information we've needed to configure our BMWs thoughtfully. Moreover, we have never had to compromise; we've been able to get the cars that we've wanted, configured as we've wanted. Tom has always been very helpful after delivery too, and we are very pleased with Flemington BMW's service department. We plan to be back for BMW 11. More
