We test rode a BMW X5 I liked the SUV however my wife was not sold on it. Greg asked if he could follow up and when would be a good time? (not pushy) So I gave him a date and he followed up again. I was not ready and he was fine with that and asked if he could follow up another time and i said sure.... This happened a few more times. Finally we went back drove another X5 I liked it however my wife and I decided to drive a car instead. We loved the car! -----We got a great deal!------ We bought the car!----- 2015 BMW 328xi GT Greg was a great guy to work with and the finance guy Jan was as well! New Car Sale I was first contacted by Tom Terrill whith who I have been purchasing BMW's for at least the last 10 years. He told me about the pull ahead program and explained it in full detail. I decided to go for the offer and then we proceeded to find the car that I wanted. Tom delivers excellent service. He is patient, understanding, not pushy, and explains everything in great detail. When I get up from his desk-- I know exactly what the sale was and NO Buyers Remorse. Upon delivery, he sat with me and we went over the car features. Again a wonderful experience. I would recommed Tom Terrill to anyone purchasing a BMW. I feel good about the sale.
