From the time I walked into Flemington and Michael greeted me I immediately felt like family. Car buying shouldn’t be stressful and Flemington BMW saw to it that it didn’t happen. Tom Terrill is the absolute antithesis of one's perception of the typical auto sales advisor. And, that is a VERY good thing! Personable, friendly, extremely knowledge and no pressure, Tom always perception of the typical auto sales advisor. And, that is a VERY good thing! Personable, friendly, extremely knowledge and no pressure, Tom always makes me feel that he is working in my best interest. And, guess what, it works! It works for the first deal but, equally as importantly, it builds immediate loyalty that keeps customers coming back. I should know, this was BMW number 5 for me. Flemington BMW is a great dealership in every respect but, it's Tom that keeps me coming back. Kudos to Kathy Ferry as well who, likewise, made the "business" portion of my latest transaction painless. More
