Just bought my first car as a freshly graduated 25 year old. Wen't in to Mazda a bit skeptical, having never driven a Mazda before. After talking to Anthony a bit, seeing some CX-5's I knew I had to have it. I had been doing a ton of research on my trade in as well as SUV'S in the same bracket as the CX-5. I knew what I had in mind and Anthony matched the energy I was looking for, not too pushy, not so easy to budge either and all I can say is if I wasn't moving out of RI next year, i'd be buying my next car here as well and hoping to work with Anthony again. We ran into some insurance issues on our end and even after purchase, Anthony stuck by me and did everything in his power to make the continued experience that much easier. More
What a pleasant experience. to walk in to a dealership and be greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was stuck by the comfortable layout of the showroom and waiting area. Steve was waiting for me and had everything ready for me. Steve was friendly and was able to direct me to a couple of restaurant's near by. After the service was performed Steve was able to answer all the questions I had for him. The Staff is truly stellar in meeting my service needs. Then to walk out to a washed and vacuumed vehicle was the icing on the cake. Well done !!! What a joy to be treated in such a royal manor. Hats off to this outstanding Team. More

Buying a car=stressful; Buying a car during covid=super stressful. Buying a car during Covid w/your active 6 year old in tow=Lady, are you out of your mind? However, buying a car during Covid w/your active 6 year old in tow from Flood Mazda=super easy and stress free! Jason, Lauren and Cody made the process of buying my new CX-5 very easy. They quickly got us out on the road for a test drive. Then when we returned they had crayons and coloring pages that Jason printed ready to keep my son entertained. Lauren also pulled up my son's favorite characters on the internet for him to look at. LOL!! The first vehicle wasn't exactly what I was looking for--white seats and a little kid-yikes! I didn't realize it when I looked at the website and requested the test drive. I was undecided so the team still took the time to present us with the numbers and there was no pressure to stay and buy the car. They completley respected our need to go home and think about it. Unfortunately, we decided that wasn't the right car but on that day there were no other cars that matched exactly what I was looking for. Lauren was great about emailing some alternatives. We were able to return within the week when the car with options/colors became available. Another quick test drive confirmed this was the car for us. Once we agreed on the price, Lauren let us know that it would take a little bit of time to process paperwork. She suggested that we go home (we live locally) so we didn't have to sit around with the little one all afternoon and she could text when ready. A short, time later when everything was set we returned, completed our paperwork and were ready to go (in less then 30 minutes). Lauren took her time making sure I was comfortable with all of the features before driving off. Jason was also great in doing a follow up a couple of days later when I had some additional questions. Loving my new CX-5 and thanks again to Jason, Lauren and Cody for a smooth transaction. More
