It so happened that I really got to like a used Mazda on Flood Mazda's lot. From the start, I had nothing but a very pleasant experience of working with Nick, who guided me through the whole deal. I had full access to the car, test drove it, and enjoyed it immensely. Nick was very approachable, super informative, and patient while Cody was swift with all the painful paperwork that he made painless. The search for a new car was draining to me, but with Nick's input, I didn't have to pull my hair out :) And most importantly, the car is a gem! This Mazda's a keeper and found a new, great home. Needless to say, I totally recommend that place. More

Mazda is not taking responsibility for a known defect affecting the cars ability to shut off in the cx5 models. Because this is not considered a safety issue (it will just leave you stranded when your c affecting the cars ability to shut off in the cx5 models. Because this is not considered a safety issue (it will just leave you stranded when your car battery dies) Mazda is ignoring this known defect. Flood mazda, where I have been a customer for 10 years was no help with rectifying this situation and instead advised me to take it up with corporate. They were then generous enough to offer me a small discount when they had a larger one online. Not a great way to treat a loyal customer I will not return. More
Friendly staff and great service I have been a customer of Flood Mazda since 2011. I have purchased 3 vehicles. 2011 Miata, 2013 Miata, and 2019 CX5. I have had all 3 vehicles serv I have been a customer of Flood Mazda since 2011. I have purchased 3 vehicles. 2011 Miata, 2013 Miata, and 2019 CX5. I have had all 3 vehicles serviced for oil, brakes, etc. During my last visit , I was concerned because of the pandemic. I was so happy that all the precautions were taken, chairs spaced, masks worn, and the service guy sent me a video to my phone showing me what he was doing and why. They are the BEST! More
