I was taken back that I was charged $99.00 (with a discount I was told) that I had to spend another $135.00 to repair. Now had I NOT purchased the car there, alright I understand..but to wack me with that was disappointing. What disappointed me more was when I questioned it , I was "rudely" asked: "would you like the number of Mazda". Ummm...hello..I am at Mazda !! As I said in my first review, my daughter is trading in very soon...we won't be back. Please do not send this again...I am busy !! More

They employee service technicians who can not fix things. They will break things and rig them with gunk and you never know until you go somewhere else to have the same problem fixed. If you want to leave your car there for extended periods of time for the same issue, then this is your place. I would not recommend them!!! Owner does not care about his customers and refuses to return phone calls to them. More

The service dept was very friendly & super efficient. Initially They estimated 3 to 4 hours, but my car was finished in 2 hours.
