Our service department is extremely thorough with every technician being Mazda Certified. If they made recommendations to you regarding your vehicle, it was in the best interest of insuring that your vehicle is running optimally and safely. That being said, they are recommendations that you are welcome to decline as you have in the past few visits that you have made to our service department. Bruce Hanson one of the people you tagged in this review is a Master Mazda Certified Technician with approximately 20 years of experience just servicing Mazdas alone. I'm not sure where you decided to have it looked at after your visit, if the technician was Mazda Certified, trained specifically to service Mazdas or what they observed. I can't really speak to that. All I know is that you brought your vehicle to Flood Mazda to have it serviced, Flood Mazda does not cut corners and is 100 percent transparent in every aspect of its business including taking the time to do meticulous work on each and every vehicle that enters our service department.
