We were unprepared to be buying this particular day but he made the difference in our changing our minds that this was the time. Neither of us was looking forward to auto shopping and we left a couple other dealers the previous day because environments and receptions did not feel comfortable but instead felt hurried and chaotic. Andy came by several times and we felt he also helped make this a more pleasant and comfortable experience. Michael also came by ahead of time and introduced himself and managed all that paperwork in a very timely manner. The comfortable atmosphere here speaks volumes for creating a positive experience.
