Great I came in to test drive a 2014 Hyundai Sonata on 01/31/2016. I was approached by a salesmen by the name of Ivan Contreras. He helped me searched the I came in to test drive a 2014 Hyundai Sonata on 01/31/2016. I was approached by a salesmen by the name of Ivan Contreras. He helped me searched their inventory of Sonata's. I test drove a 2015 and felt it was a great choice for me. However, I had a trade in and had no cash for a down payment. Ivan talked with his supervisor Art Robinson about my situation. Art and Ivan were very helpful and spent hours searching for a deal that would fit what I wanted. Although, I couldn't get a Hyundai Sonata, I was able to purchase a new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. They were able to take in my trade in and apply it to my new loan. Art, Ivan, and the sales team spent hours trying to satisfy their customer. I had one of the better experiences at this dealership. Art broke down the value in purchasing a newer vehicle that would open doors to future purchases. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you! More

No pressure, lots of time to talk and look at the different models and discuss the new safety technology and look at available models. Everyone at the Folsom Hyundai took great care of me and went out of their way to answer all my questions and concerns and make sure I was comfortable with my somewhat impulsive buying decision! Poor Service Department Sales did not get due bill to service department. Service department did not order the parts and I showed up for my appointment for no reason. I had Sales did not get due bill to service department. Service department did not order the parts and I showed up for my appointment for no reason. I had to go into the dealership 3 times to get information on my part being installed. In total it took over 2 weeks to get the work done for products I already paid for. There is a real breakdown on the process from Sales to Service and Service to Parts. I don't know if I want to go back to Hyundai Service at Folsom Lake. More
