There was a lot of confusion having to do with my repairs. I had already been there and was told at that time no one was available to work on my truck issue. They rescheduled my appointment and set m repairs. I had already been there and was told at that time no one was available to work on my truck issue. They rescheduled my appointment and set me up for a loaner vehicle. I had to cancel this appointment due to life happening. Set another appointment and when got there the person was on vacation who knew my issues and we had already worked everything out. But I had a new customer care rep for service and apparently there were no notes left in the system and this brought up a lot of confusion and I was told I had no warranty left . After short conversation of telling them to give me my keys and I would go elsewhere the manager or team leader stepped in to help. Afterwards everything eventually worked out and my truck was repaired under my warranty. So I’m giving 4 stars for the hassle of the experience. The repair was awesome and did the trick. More
