If the mechanic discovers an unexpected problem while servicing your vehicle, the mechanic informs your representative of said problem and details the procedure needed to correct the problem. Your representative always keeps you informed as to the progress of your vehicle and explains in detail any problem they discovered. Your representative explains the procedure and cost to repair the problem and the pros and cons of not repairing the problem, then the representative answers all your concerns about the procedure so you fully understand the problem. Then it is your decision as to what you want to do about the problem. They relay your decision to the mechanic and he either repairs or leaves the problem as it is. Most of the employees know me by name and always speak to me. The owner of Bradshaw always comes by and speaks to me. The experience of having Bradshaw service your vehicle is always pleasurable and all the employees make you feel warm and welcomed.
