We initially saw this Outback on CarFax, called the dealership and got all pertinent details. It was a hard-to-find trim package with low miles, leather, sunroof, and all the safety features we wanted dealership and got all pertinent details. Rafael and Logan, his manager, were so helpful. We drove 2 hours from NJ to meet on a Sunday. Rafael was patient and kind as our daughter test drove it. He took so much time with her, and made sure we were 100% comfortable before moving to the contract bit. Definitely worth the drive and we LOVE the wagon.
