The team here is very professional and treat you like a human being, doing their best to make sure that you’re happy with your purchase by attending to small details and large details alike. I did have an issue with getting payment for my trade-in. They're aware that they have a very antiquated system, they can't make a transfer to your bank or pay you digitally in any way. They had to cut me a physical check, which they couldn't do in-person on the day of my trade-in. I waited for it to come in the mail and after a few weeks they determined it to be lost in the mail. They're issuing a new check and sending it by mail again but I've now been waiting for the better part of a month to get paid for the vehicle I gave them. The only other choice is to go pick it up and they happen to be far out of my way. They need to upgrade to the 21st century in this respect, there's a ton of ways to transfer money fast these days. So, don't expect prompt payment but otherwise a good experience. More
