The people at the dealership have a wonderful way of welcoming you when you walk through the door and the young lady showed us how to get over to where Darlene's office was. She was cheerful and detaile welcoming you when you walk through the door and the young lady showed us how to get over to where Darlene's office was. She was cheerful and detailed in her directions of how to get over to the other lot. A friend of mine recommended Darlene. She said there was not any sales pressure to buy and Darlene worked very closely with Jackie and very stratigically to help her stay at her monthly budget amount for the car payment and Darlene was very successful at staying at this budget figure that ended up being a car payment. When I met Darlene she had a great smile, very friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to. She really is an exceptional lady with honesty, common sense, and a genuine interest about what my needs were and I told her. She was very practical and diligent in reminding me of what I needed in a car and she keep me on track necause I couldn't afford the bells and whistles that I was used to with the car I had that was totaled. So I told Darlene; well, I can't get what I want...so I'm gonna get what I need and told her I'll get the Honda Fit. I also had a great time with Darlene in the dealership bldg. Darlene gave me a bag and said your going to get some gifts. She took me around to a few different depts. and they gave me gifs just like she said. It was so exciting and a lot of fun. I never felt so comfortable before at a dealership. It was the best experience at any dealership I had ever had. It was amazing and Darlene is a very special lady. I love how she treats people.
