I'm with Subaru for life :) I called Subaru the last Sunday of the year to inquire about what to do with a lease that was coming to an end. I wasn't sure if it was best to wait u I called Subaru the last Sunday of the year to inquire about what to do with a lease that was coming to an end. I wasn't sure if it was best to wait until the new year officially or go in. Last time I went to the Danbury Chrysler car dealer on a Sunday, I was refused service directly by the manager and told to come back when I was actually ready to buy because they were closing at 3pm and I arrived at 11am. That experience made me very hesitant to go to any dealer again, given Sunday is one of my only days off. With that said, I spoke with Elena from Subaru who was very friendly and encouraged me to come in. She set me up with Sergio Paniagua who was very courteous, and actually listened to what I was looking for. I gave him my ideal price range and he put me in the ideal car. On a Sunday, he took his time to show me every car in the lot that matched my price range and thoroughly explained the perks of the basic models versus the premium. He also told me things about Subaru's I had no idea about such as the engine type and how that sets Subaru apart from other brands. Low and behold, I saw a car I liked and he said "I think that's your car. It's definitely your car." Low and behold, it's now my car :) I went back on 12/31 with my mom and with the help of Sergio and Jose, I was on my way home with my brand new car in less than 2.5 hours. I love my new vehicle but I'm more content with the superior service I received. It was so personalized and I did not feel pressured to try to afford a vehicle out of my price range. I'm looking forward to the snow this year knowing I'm in a safe vehicle. My mother was even jealous of the souvenirs I was given. These subtle gestures are meaningful. I strongly recommend Garavel Subaru to any person looking for superior customer service, great deals, and safe vehicles. Sergio was excellent and knew exactly what he was talking about, and he goes for what's best for the customer. More
