It was resolved with a token $100 credit, but not before Logan, the used car sales manager, was so rude and abrupt with me and my wife that we almost walked out. I'd had a similar interaction with him a week earlier when I came in to talk about another car I saw online. I'm a local buyer and Garavel has a good local reputation, but I'll never go near them again for a used car as long as Logan works there and I'll advise family, friends and neighbors to do the same. He was unprofessional and soured an otherwise positive experience. I wrote to ownership about what happened and didn't hear back, so apparently this kind of behavior is okay with them. More

Amazing Experience!!! I have nothing but positive things to say. Evelyn sold me the car and was beyond amazing. I turned up at 4:50pm Friday evening...10 minutes before they were to close and she took me to test drive 2 cars. She sent me estimates via email for the 2 models and came in on her day off on Wednesday because that was my next available day. When I picked the car up Saturday it was in perfect cleanliness condition, parked for me to see. Evelyn took me to the car, I went through the business paperwork before going on a tour of the facility getting several freebies along the way including a travel mug, pen /screwdriver set, and key chain. Finally, at the end I was able to write a message for their charity of the month. I just love that each month a portion of their car deals go to different charity. More
