He was amazingly knowledgeable about the different models (Crosstrek, Impreszza and the Forester and thus made my choice much easier. He was patient and explained so much, during the test drives and afterwards when I picked up my new Crosstrek. I was so impressed with his competence and his easy-going pleasant personality that I never even went to another dealer to price compare.
