The test-drive course takes in highway speeds, rough roads and downtown traffic, giving a prospective buyer an opportunity to evaluate a vehicle's performance under diverse conditions, a plus in my book. The entire staff was courteous and friendly, with thorough explanations of the entire process, from what to look for on a test-drive to pairing up my phone with the Outback's infotainment system after the sale - and I'm sure that they still got their job done, logging a fair profit for the dealership, but they made that feel pretty good too. As of this writing, I've had the vehicle itself for less than 24 hours, but am - so far - well pleased. More
