Excellent My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am for oil change and tire rotation. I get home and park it in my garage and the next morning had oil on my garage floor..I had to Jack up my Toyota to check and see where it was coming from. There was oil dripping underneath on the cover below the oil filter.I pulled the cover off and discovered the oil was old oil that spilled while taking old filter off but not cleaned off. I would expect a little more care could have been taken to wipe off the residual oil that was left on my vehicle. More

Not helped and not truthful I took my 2018 Corolla to Gates because my backup camera was suddenly showing my license plate and rear bumper in the lower third of the screen. After I took my 2018 Corolla to Gates because my backup camera was suddenly showing my license plate and rear bumper in the lower third of the screen. After about 45 minutes I was told that this was normal. I said that it was not that way 2 days ago when I had a full screen view. I was told that they checked another vehicle and it also showed the license plate. I called my daughter who has a 2014 Corolla and she confirmed that her license plate was not visible on the screen. Later, I went online and found that I was not the only one who experienced this fault with the Toyota backup camera. My feeling is that they did not want to do the job and fed me a line of BS to get rid of me. More

Tired of the run around from other dealers. I was given the run around at another dealership, poor Drew was warned before I was even out of my car all of the way that I wasn't in the mood to dea I was given the run around at another dealership, poor Drew was warned before I was even out of my car all of the way that I wasn't in the mood to deal with another man who didn't want to deal with a woman. I am married but I handle the finances and I am the primary driver of the vehicle so I didn't see a reason for the other dealership to keep contacting my husband when I was the one who needed the information. Drew gave me my options as far as leasing another vehicle or purchasing. He went above and beyond on a Friday evening, stayed late even to help finish the sale. Truly appreciate his customer service! For the last five of these, I have fortunately worked with Mike Fahey. He is always helpful, lots of fun to work with, and a great friend. I tend to have very individual tastes in features (eagerly seeking all the high-tech stuff) and especially in the color. No grays for this guy! Mike really went the extra distance to get me a special order car that was *exactly* what I wanted! Gates's service department is also terrific! I have had all my service done there since I got my 2015 Avalon hybrid, and will certainly do the same with my new 2019 Avalon hybrid (Limited). They take great care of me as a customer! More
