They continue to earn my business with every service visit, always top-notch professional in every aspect of service. On a recent visit, there was an incident on the alignment rack that left a very small dent & tear in my hood decal. They were very professional & apologetic about the incident, and were very accommodating to me in getting the repair completed in a very professional manner. In case you lost count (or weren't counting), I used the word "professional" 3 times in my review. It's why I continue to trust Gates to service my baby. This review was about service, but I received the same level of professional treatment from the sales department. Shout-out to Drew & Stephen! More

Excellent My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am for oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take about 1 hour.2 hours later my highlander was finally My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am for oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take about 1 hour.2 hours later my highlander was finally done. I get home and park it in my garage and the next morning had oil on my garage floor..I had to Jack up my Toyota to check and see where it was coming from. There was oil dripping underneath on the cover below the oil filter.I pulled the cover off and discovered the oil was old oil that spilled while taking old filter off but not cleaned off. I would expect a little more care could have been taken to wipe off the residual oil that was left on my vehicle. More
