Staff is very friendly and willing to work with you on your purchase. I have bought two vehicles and have sent my family and friends there and they too bought from Gates. All the staff and sale team were very nice and helpful. I got the feeling they did everything they were allowed to do. But I felt I paid more than I should have to get the forever warranty. Had to pay sticker, not the advertised price on line. Also undercoating was $699 when Ziebart charges $399/$499. Depending if they went up into the doors for rustproofing. Still trying to figure out if that was done. I need to call them and ask. But got it because I have no way of getting it there myself and leaving it. So that was a help to me and worth the extra cost. Also it only had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up and it was somewhat dirty. Several of my co-workers commented on that when I drove it to work later that day. All in all the experience was wonderful compared to my experience when I bought my 2005 Trailblazer in 2005 at the Gates used car lot down town South Bend. That was bad and I was very apprehensive about buying from Gates again. But hopefully this will all work out this time and I will be very happy with my RAV4 for years to come. More

So much appreciation, gratitude and a 10 star Rating to my Salesman Andrew Claeys and to my Business Manager Andrew Richards for helping my family. I went from another Toyota dealership to Gates this time. Had a bit of trouble and confusion when I purchased the Venza, last Friday with another Business manager at Gates Toyota but Andrew Richards made it right. I cannot compliment on the Service Department, as I have not had any service done as of yet. I would recommend when you are buying, or leasing a Toyota, to ask for Andrew Richards as your Business Manager to help you through your paperwork. He, along with my Salesman Andrew Claeys, went above, beyond and cared about me as a person. I will say that your Sales Staff at Gates Toyota are really nice too. God bless you all. More
