Now a cheap used vehicle doesn't ever come perfect and Gateway has been AMAZING at helping make it right at no cost to us. Customer service has been awesome and that is hard to find these days. We were impressed with how Bill went and got his Santa Cruz to let us check out the vehicle. We ordered a Sand colored one but but received a phone call stating that there was a White one coming in with Cruz to let us check out the vehicle. We ordered a Sand colored one but but received a phone call stating that there was a White one coming in with all the extras that we wanted and we had our name put on this. We took delivery on 11/8/2022 and Bill did an excellent job on explaining how everything worked. We have a total of 412 miles on it and so far we are loving it More
