Had serious problem when I left Gateway with my brand new truck it stopped running and went into safe mode, had to limp back to Gateway at 2 mph. The found a installation booklet in the intake and air clea truck it stopped running and went into safe mode, had to limp back to Gateway at 2 mph. The found a installation booklet in the intake and air cleaner left there and sucked into the throttle. Not a good experience with that but the service guys resolved it with urgency. More

Jordan was very helpful! He wasn't pushy and cared how I was feeling about the vehicle. He went on 3 test drives with me and was excited to be doing it.
