2020 Chevy Equinox purchase I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox. I took a couple test drives to be sure that it would be a good choice in both day and night driving. On the date of purchase, however, the vehicle I had test drove and the vehicle I signed paperwork for were found to not be the same vehicle. I was assured that I was getting the same vehicle (and the one I was given had even lower miles than the one I test drove). The next day, there were 3 service lights that came on after I left the movie theater, so I immediately drove over to the dealership to get it checked out. The service team was on it right away. I notified my salesman, Andrew, of the situation and he once again assured me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle I had purchased. He even went a step further and offered me the choice to switch back to the original vehicle (which would mean signing all the paperwork again). Just then, the service agent notified me that my car was fine and it needed some updates to the computer system. My Equinox has been driving well since then. More

This was, by far, our best dealer experience to date! We walked into Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo, ND at about 5:30 pm on a 11/25 & asked for a salesman (Ron Hanson) that we have known for many years, even We walked into Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo, ND at about 5:30 pm on a 11/25 & asked for a salesman (Ron Hanson) that we have known for many years, even before our last purchase 6 years ago. He greeted us with a smile & a handshake ...asking us first how we were & what we had been up to.. I then explained to him we had been looking for a new Silverado, also giving him a detailed description of models, features, & price range we were looking at. He went out to the lot & brought an LT Trail Boss up to the door for us to look at & drive. By the time we returned they had our trade appraised & were just waiting to see what we thought of the truck we drove. Ron brought up the right truck for us the first time, as we really loked everything about it. After very little negotiation we came to an agreement. We then headed to the finance office where Tyler took very good care of us, had us in & out of there fairly quickly We took our new truck home that night at about 9 o'clock. So approximately 2.5 hours from just showing up at the door, without calling Ron ahead of time, we were in our way home with a new truck. I would like to thank the whole staff at Gateway for making our visit to the dealership a very enjoyable one! More
