Terrible Service I came to your service department at 7:50AM on Oct 14th to have a Check Engine Light diagnosed and repaired. I waited outside in front of the servic I came to your service department at 7:50AM on Oct 14th to have a Check Engine Light diagnosed and repaired. I waited outside in front of the service entry doors for 10 minutes while watching 3 other cars enter the Express Service door. I got out of my 2013 Malibu and walked into the service depart and was ignored until I approached Don Tollefson's workstation and told to wait since he was busy at computer. He finally acknowledged me and asked me if I had an appointment. I did not since I was unable to schedule an appointment in advance of me departing back to Colorado Springs after attending a wedding that previous Saturday. He told me he had 60 other appointments and wouldn't be able to get me in and probably not even Tuesday. After some prodding on my part he finally grabbed a code reader and indicated a solenoid gas sensor error. I was amazed at his total lack of compassion or professionalism and ended up leaving without having problem resolved. I think what really pissed me off is when he said "have a safe trip" while I was leaving and that I should be ok to drive it. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY, UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to drive 1000 miles back to Colorado Springs with the light still illuminated and am going to a real service department to get this issue resolved. Thanks for nothing and putting our return trip in jeopardy and our safety at risk. More
