Process started with Alejandra at the VEP desk. Was originally going to trade in my other truck but we decided to keep it as well. Kyle Haines and Tony in finance were amazing. I was referred to Fred when I was coming in to lease a car and Fred had Javier assist in the process! Javier ultimately ended up being the salesman and I was so happy with how everything turned out. I got a new Mustang GT for a great price. Service while I was at the dealer was stellar. A few hiccups with getting the car registered, but nothing to terrible (and not the fault of any individual employee o was at the dealer was stellar. I was going to return my leased vehical and walk away from Ford because Ford Motor Company wouldn't finance the balance of my lease even after 2 leased vehicles over 6 years! But do too Fred Carrillo's from Ford because Ford Motor Company wouldn't finance the balance of my lease even after 2 leased vehicles over 6 years!
