I brought my 2005 Lexus in for regular scheduled maintenance, and was extremely impressed with all aspects of the experience. I worked with Aaron Doty, and I cannot say enough about his excellent personal level of service. He was very knowledgeable on the deep technical information related to the work I was having done, but explained it to me in a way I could understand, and was happy to take the time to answer all of my many questions. And, was able to offer me personal recommendations on 'grey area' issues/questions, based on his years of industry experience. The following weekend, another question came up - I left him a voicemail message on a Saturday, and he called me back that same morning with the answer. Truly excellent customer service, over and above normal expectations. An excellent experience. More
It was time to get my oil changed/car serviced and because I live 2 hours away I need to stop on a Saturday. I called Friday afternoon and spoke with Ashley and she was still able to get me in on Saturday at the perfect time. My weekend schedule was filling up fast in the month ahead so I really appreciated the accommodation. Germain Lexus is one of the most accommodating, client friendly businesses I have ever used. My service advisor is Aaron Doty. Aaron is always friendly and upbeat, I expect that in service but it doesn't always happen other places. What makes Aaron standout is his product knowledge and his ability to explain what my car needs, when it needs it, and how it benefits me. On this visit I could not get my trunk open and Aaron showed me how to open the trunk if the valet lock out is tripped. I had forgotten about that feature. While showing me the button in my glove box that locks the trunk, Aaron noticed some unusual wear on my door trim. Aaron had all 4 trim pieces replaced. He assisted me with the appropriate cleaning product for my beige leather seats too. Having Aaron as a service advisor is truly like having an easy button for your automotive needs!!!! It's almost time to replace my tires and Aaron explained exactly where my tires were wearing and how much tread I had left so I could plan for that major purchase. When I described my driving habits and how I feel like I'm replacing tires too frequently, Aaron was able to make a reccommendation for a different type of tire that could better suit my car and my driving needs. I am so grateful that I have Aaron assisting me with my car, and I'm so grateful that Customer Service is top of mind at Germain Lexus of Easton. It keeps me driving 2 hours from home for sales and services! More
I have owned my Lexus for almost a year now, and get it regularly serviced at Lexus of Easton. I was assigned Aaron my first visit, and I never had such a pleasureable experience at ANY service place EVER regularly serviced at Lexus of Easton. My most recent visit my car was accidentally damaged in the car wash, but Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied and my business is not lost. I will always request Aaron as my service advisor, he has superior customer service skills and does an extraordinary job! Aaron is what has kept me returning to Lexus of Easton for all of my maintenance, and I will continue to do so as long as he is there :) More
Five Star customer service is the experience I received from Mr. Doty. However, I was just a little concerned, wondering if they actually completed my courtesy overview of my Lexus Hybrid this particular t from Mr. Doty. First,there were a couple of items left on my service slip "showing caution", but I had them serviced previously. Another other concern was that, I was told I had about five thousand miles left before needing to have my brakes repaired, but my service form showed a "fail" status. I feel that the service is a little pricy, however, at least I have a better piece of mind knowing that the service is performed by Lexus certified technician. The courtesy of the loaner vehicle is a very appreciated privilege. Thank you Aaron & staff for your efforts to make your customers feel special and doing what it takes to bring them back. More

I went into the dealership to have my newly purchased 2010 Lexus E350 inspected for peace of mind. As I entered the service area, I was greeted by an employee and lead to the waiting area where I was kin 2010 Lexus E350 inspected for peace of mind. As I entered the service area, I was greeted by an employee and lead to the waiting area where I was kindly offered beverages and snacks. Aaron introduced himself shortly afterwards and thoroughly went over our concerns and discussed how they would proceed with a complete inspection. Several hours later, we were provided with a thorough report about what they inspected, a detailed explanation, a clean car, and a full tank of gas...incredible! We are so pleased and will continue to have our car serviced at Germain thanks to Aaron! More

My daughter is a DPSM for Honda/Acura who recently took a promotion and transferred to Ohio. I was visiting my daughter and my power steering went out. My daughter suggested I take my Lexus to your dealership in Easton. She is on the road a lot and had heard wonderful things about the fantastic service in the service department there. Right away, I knew I was in good hands the moment I was greeted by Aaron Doty. I did however, come across an expensive amount to repair my car but Aaron helped me with a good will and the amount I paid was much lower. I truly appreciated this. I always service my car at the Lexus in Ann Arbor and I purchased the vehicle from them. His welcoming and friendly personality truly makes you feel like you're dealing with a friend. Not taking anything from the other associates, but Aaron is the only one I want to deal with. He's so professional, likable, and pleasant to work with that he (somewhat) softens the blow of how much money you'll be spending to have your car serviced! (But then again, you do get what you pay for.). Aaron is amazing and should get a raise! And no, this is not his mother. :) More
