He walked us through the different 2026 Ford Escape models and all of the new features, while really listening to what I wanted and needed in a car—without ever pushing me to upgrade or spend more than necessary. When we came back, Luis surprised me by bringing in a car from another dealership that matched everything I was looking for. He truly went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me. I also had to delay picking up my car because of a trip, and Luis used that extra time to advocate for and coordinate having my seats reupholstered with the leather I chose. We had originally realized that the model with leather included had more features than I needed, so he helped make sure I could still get exactly what I wanted. From finding the right Escape, to coordinating the seats, to making sure everything was ready when I arrived, Luis took incredible care of me throughout the entire process. Even trading in my old truck was quick and seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my first car.
