Personnel were all helpful, interested, and understanding. Selling us a vehicle with and bad/noisy gear box and numerous failures to start became a problem for all of us to deal with. Fortunately, my wife did not have any medical emergencies that would have been compromised if we had not been able to start our vehicle when needed. Fortunately, we were able to find a way to get a jump start without any bad delays when time was critical. It might have been better to resolve the problems before completing delivery. Our reason for not giving a 5 star rating is because of the circumstances, not the care and effort of staff. The inconvenience, cost, and frustration associated with those problems seem to diminish when we see a satisfactory outcome that results in a nice vehicle that we look forward to use for years to come. More
