Dakota called after the service was done. We were out of town, so I said that it would probably be after 5:00 pm that we would pick up vehicle. We decided to get truck since we were on I-90. We were out of town, so I said that it would probably be after 5:00 pm that we would pick up vehicle. We decided to get truck since we were on I-90. Picked up about 2:00 pm. I paid for vehicle and asked where keys were. I found out that the keys were left in the vehicle. I know that my truck was parked in front of service but since I had said we wouldn't be there until after 5:00 I question why the keys were left in the truck. What happens when you leave after 5:00 and my truck is still there. Would Dakato remember that the keys were in the truck. I really do not like this part of my service, this has never happened before. More
