Not only did they take me in on short notice, but assessed the issue immediately and did an oil change within a timely period. I have a Ford, a Toyota, a Jeep, and a VW. I wish the others would provide service as excellent, fair, and polite as Boucher. Not at this time. I had a nail in my tire. Which was covered, so I had to purchase 3 new tires. That was ok. Had to have a alinement, that was ok. But they said I needed new lug nuts because they were s covered, so I had to purchase 3 new tires. That was ok. Had to have a alinement, that was ok. But they said I needed new lug nuts because they were stripped. This was not ok as all my work has ever been at your dealership. So who’s fault is it for my lug nuts being stepped???
