I came in for an oil change on a Thursday afternoon without an appointment, I was told it could be as much as a 2 hour wait. I was done working for the day so not a huge deal. They reacted quickly and professionally. I lost my car to a deer. I wanted another Escape like the one I had. They had one just sitting there waiting for a buyer. I was indeed happy.
