Engine squealing after first day, took to local ford dealer and it already needs over $2500 in repairs. Have not even owned vehicle for a month. I bought a Transit Connect in April and there some emission parts on back order at time of purchase. Well, end of June the parts finally showed up which was a good thing because my plates were suspend emission parts on back order at time of purchase. Well, end of June the parts finally showed up which was a good thing because my plates were suspended June 2nd due to not being able to test without the check engine light on.Nothing like not being able to drive a vehicle but pay on it. Chris the used vehicle manager was supposed to let me know the parts were in but have never heard from him. Instead I heard from our salesman that the parts were in. When I dropped it off, I was told it would take all day. There was also a locking lug nut that was not removed when the vehicle was traded in. Thankfully that was covered for no charge. I got a call at 10:30 in the morning that everything was done. So much of this transaction could have gone sooo much better. More
I have been going to Boucher Ford in West Bend for several decades. Their service department has been a bit of a weak link in the past.
