GB service was professional and easy to work with. I was treated with respect throughout the process. However, I was very disappointed when the repair description disqualified my repairs to by covere I was treated with respect throughout the process. However, I was very disappointed when the repair description disqualified my repairs to by covered by my extended warranty. Both major repairs were worded just so that they meet terms identified by my extended warranty to be disqualified. That was too coincidental, to the point that I will not come back to Gordie Boucher for future service and for buying my new truck. Good service but behind the scenes working with the after market warranty company to disqualify my repair. More
