The fact that you all pick up the car and bring back is great!!! Craig was great! He threw me off just a bit when he did not initially want to follow up on my repair coverage and he texts more than talking great!!! Craig was great! I was having an issue with the intelligent access locking/unlocking system on my 2019 Ford Mustang and contacted my dealership on November 6, 2024. I talked to Angelo Gagliano to set up an appointme locking/unlocking system on my 2019 Ford Mustang and contacted my dealership on November 6, 2024. I talked to Angelo Gagliano to set up an appointment. Due to a planned trip, I had to reschedule for 11/19/24. Angelo greeted me, completed the paperwork, immediately offered me a ride home, Throughout the day text messages to keep me informed. Angelo contacted when my Mustang was ready and offered to have it delivered to my home - 40 minutes away! My service appointment was a breeze with no negative issues. Angelo provided great customer service as did the entire of the Boucher team. The intelligent access system "turned off" when the 5 year old battery was replaced. More
