Cody (sales) and Dennis (financials) made the car-buying process very easy and unstressful. My old car absolutely died on the lot at Handy and they were so gracious about it and still gave me an excellent d process very easy and unstressful. And there was no pressure or hard-selling of additional coverage or upgrades that I have experienced at other dealerships. The service center seems well-run and Victoria gave me a great overview of how and when I should come in for the (free to me) maintenance (it seems like a very generous program). Great experience! Had new tires put on to pass inspection. They did a great job but for a person that pays attention to detail it was not 5 star. There is such a thing as TPMS valve stem caps that came wi They did a great job but for a person that pays attention to detail it was not 5 star. There is such a thing as TPMS valve stem caps that came with the car. When you purchase a $50k+ car you would like to think those TPMS caps would stay with the car. Unfortunately they did not. 2 tires did and 2 tires didn’t. Now I have 2 tires with black standard caps and 2 tires withTPMS original gray caps. Small details but again when you pay attention to detail they misfired here. I’ve had to order new TPMS caps. Fortunately they’re cheap but it’s something I shouldn’t have to do. More
