First time at Handy Toyota for service. Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. Later when I got home I noticed grease or dirt in my car, assuming someone’s hand when the Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. Later when I got home I noticed grease or dirt in my car, assuming someone’s hand when they put my inspection sticker on. I called Darren a few days later and again, he was great. I told him I was going to try to clean it. He said if it didn’t come out to go see him and he would take care of it. He even offered to have them clean it if I wanted. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DARREN! Said an hour, was closer to two. Swapped tires on my 2024 grand highlander. Let me leave with the vehicle, knowing my tpms light was going to come on.
