I called. He made an appointment. An inspection done. 1hr & half on the phone with the repair insurance company to get what was approved. I had expensive repairs. He had all the parts, one part ordered. My car was complete one day later. What a relief. I only had to pay $80 for a part not covered. Wow! I have purchased many cars in 52 years. Honesty, kindness and highly trained personnel. I would refer and encourage others to go to Hansen Motor. It is the # One car Dealership in Utah and all areas. Mr. Hansen even came to the inspection.
