I did not experience the same as most reviews In September my wife and I decided we were going to get a new vehicle in our fleet. I drive by Harbro on Rt 122 every day and I saw two different Lexu In September my wife and I decided we were going to get a new vehicle in our fleet. I drive by Harbro on Rt 122 every day and I saw two different Lexus vehicles. I stopped in on a Saturday and found one was older than we wanted, and the other was not there. In talking to the sales person (cannot remember his name but he was a younger blondish person- Jeremy maybe?) and he told me the other Lexus was in Webster, but that he expected it back that afternoon and would call/text me. I had given him my cell number. Anyway the call did not come and a few days later I noticed the car was there but by that time my wife and I had found another car and we had purchased that other vehicle from another dealership. Not a terrible experience or anything like that just feedback- management cannot fix what they are not aware of. Not even sure if we would have bought at Harbro- but they never earned themselves the chance either. More

During the summer of 2018 noticed the rocker panels were rusting through and the vehicle had only 48,000 m Second vehicle purchased December of 2016. During the summer of 2018 noticed the rocker panels were rusting through and the vehicle had only 48,000 miles on it. Visited Mike at the Webster store. We discussed the problem and it was decided the panels would be replaced, each of us covering the cost 50/50. I have never heard of any dealer or dealership stepping up after this length of time and helping a buyer in this fashion. My hat is off to the Harbro used car dealership and I will be recommending them as an organization that truly backs the product they sell. More
