This time we saw a Jeep on the website that we were interested in. We called and Lisä got right back to us. She arranged for,the Jeep to be brought from Whitinsville to Webster for us as it is closer. We made an appointment with Rick who made this a no stress trade-in/sale for us. He is not your typical sales person as it was just like talking to a friend. This was by-far the smoothest car purchase we’ve ever had. I would recommended them to anyone who wants a great car shopping experience. More

Friendly Service I have been to Harbro in Webster numerous times for a low tire pressure light. Each and every time I went in (without an appointment) I was immediatel I have been to Harbro in Webster numerous times for a low tire pressure light. Each and every time I went in (without an appointment) I was immediately taken care of. I was called by name (in big dealerships I am sure that the service people don't remember their customers name) and never felt like I was bothering the boys. They always treated me with respect and I never got the impression that I was bothering them by just popping in. I was in for an oil change a few weeks ago and was treated exactly the same way. Harbro should be proud to have these two young men in the service department. Thanks guys...you are the best!!!!! More

Very hasslefree and no pressure experience This is the fifth car that I have bought from Harbro. The reason I keep going back is because of the way that I am treated. It is not just the pur This is the fifth car that I have bought from Harbro. The reason I keep going back is because of the way that I am treated. It is not just the purchase of the car it is the service that comes with it. The sales staff that I dealt with were very Professional and interested in what I needed. Mike M. is the kind of salesman that more people should experience. Also Lisa helped in some of the finer points and I really was impressed by the way they teamed up to get me what I needed and wanted. They both were involved and I didn`t once feel that I was being ganged up on good Family teamwork. I also would like to mention one more person that I dealt with. I was supposed to pick up my car on Sat. I received a phone call on Fri saying that there was a slight problem with the paperwork. I answered the Question which was asked. It was then discovered that the paperwork needed to be redone. Well Kelsey needed to redo things which she did and I was able to pick up my car as planned. That`s customer first attitude. So in closing I would like to say That Harbro is a place that I have never regretted doing business with..... RJB More
