The service department was great. The car sucks. Look at the service history for the last 14 months. I thought my 2013 was bad but the 2020 is unbelievable is bad. Jordan is one of the most honest sales associates that you will ever meet. He doesn't try to push things on you or purposely leave out details in order to make a sale. He tells you the truth, he is straight up about it, and he tells you everything so that you can make an informed decision.
