Fantastic Customer Service Mr. TODD MCCLELLAN diagnosed the problem with my CRV quickly, as he had dealt with the same problem once in the past and remembered it. I had been to Mr. TODD MCCLELLAN diagnosed the problem with my CRV quickly, as he had dealt with the same problem once in the past and remembered it. I had been to Ocala Honda (where it was prurchased new) three times and to Leesburg Honda twice and neither one could find the transmission problem. I am so glad I simply stopped at Headquarter Honda and the issue was diagnosed right then, and it was repaired and available for pick up the next day. I was blown away with how efficient and friendly your staff was. I have owned many Honda products, including motorcycles, and am so pleased my issue was resolved. Todd even arranged a rental car for me so I could get back to The Villages where I live. Fellow golfers here are going to hear about this fine treatment too. THANK YOU TODD !!
