Test drives of the past consisted of driving around the block and coming back to the dealership and knowing nothing about the vehicle. The test drive and purchase experience at Headquarter Honda was the best, by far. First, our sales consultant, Mike J. was completely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He went around the vehicle and pointed out all of the features and options. He made sure I was comfortable in the vehicle, and pointed out features he would be showing as we drove. The test drive was a test of all of the vehicles' features and capabilities. He pointed out all of the options and how they worked, demonstrating them as we test drove. He answered all my questions.
