The dealership had my car for TWO days with NO clear indication in why my ABS, SERVICE ADV TRAC, and TRAC light were on. Then when i needed my car back, they demanded zi pay $165 bc the mechanic "neede indication in why my ABS, SERVICE ADV TRAC, and TRAC light were on. Then when i needed my car back, they demanded zi pay $165 bc the mechanic "needed"to be paid for the diagnosis he did NOT get. I highly DO NOT recommend this dealership! More

Salesman was very nice but poor service. Did not follow through with ordering floor mats. Fewer options on car than expected. Dealership did not return my call. No owners manual in the 2024 Lincoln Aviator Black Label. Salesman said he will send me an owners manual through the mail. 2 weeks now and no manual yet. This is the closest dealer that sells the Lincoln Black Label. 165 miles from my house. I expected better service from a dealer when buying a new Lincoln Black Label. I will need to find a new dealer for my next car. More
