Christine, Jorgo, and Shahat were all very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I was shopping around at other dealers initially and had some bad experiences and salespeople that were not w friendly, and easy to communicate with. I was shopping around at other dealers initially and had some bad experiences and salespeople that were not willing to work with me in a way I felt comfortable. That was not the case at Heiser! They were honest and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. It was very refreshing to see after the negative experiences at other places. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for Toyotas in the future. More

Al and Jakub and the whole team made my cross-state purchase experience so smooth - smoother than any experience I ever had in my home state! What I did was just a phone call and test driving the car, purchase experience so smooth - smoother than any experience I ever had in my home state! What I did was just a phone call and test driving the car, and the rest is sitting on a couch enjoy the free latte and soda, and they did all the heavy lifting (trade in evaluation, payoff process, fixing minor issues, counting my cash payment, even transferring and installing my old license plates, and more) Al has a magic of making you want to close a deal with him. Also Chad’s race car is so cool! More
