Everything was great as usual I was warmly greeted and checked- in in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and warm. Just one little tiny disappointment. Easy and honest to deal with. I came to the dealership to just take a look at the new features of the 2020 model year Tacoma. After meeting Jorgo he was able to break down the diff I came to the dealership to just take a look at the new features of the 2020 model year Tacoma. After meeting Jorgo he was able to break down the differences between the truck I had (2017 Tacoma) and the new 2020. He offered to let me take the new truck for a test drive where he was able to physically show me many of the features while they were in use. After the test drive we went back to his desk where he was able to show me my options as far as cost goes. The sales manager (Shahat) was also able to investigate other options such as the cost of leasing. To make a long story short, I drove off with a new 2020 Tacoma and couldn't be happier. Jorgo and the sales managers honesty, patience, and willingness to work with me put me at ease as a customer. I know I made the right choice going to Heiser and will be back for my next vehicle in the future. More
